Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll provide outstanding service to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns, providing support and assistance as required.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events, including logistics, venue coordination, and attendee management.
  • Collect feedback from clients and customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 per YEAR
