We have an immediate need for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates for open positions within the organization.
The Entry Level Recruiter will also be responsible for presenting potential candidates to hiring managers, assisting them in interview preparation, and providing other assistance throughout the recruitment process.
Job Duties to Include:
- Conduct initial phone screens of potential candidates.
- Interview coordination: calling candidates for availability, scheduling phone interviews and onsite interviews
- Send new hire onboarding documents to applicants via email
- Submit and review background checks online
- Update data on the applicant tracker (background completion, I-9 verification)
- Prepares reports on employment activity and assists with statistical reporting
Qualities we are looking for:
- Individuals who are internally motivated and have worked in quota based environments
- Amazing attitude and an outgoing personality
- Experience on phones or in recruiting preferred but not necessary
- Outstanding work ethic
- Reliable and has great self-accountability
Pay: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per YEAR
