Responsibilities:
- Attend regular client training sessions to stay updated on industry developments, promotions, and products.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Develop and execute goals collaboratively, ensuring team sales targets are achieved.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with new and existing consumers to maintain brand recognition.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management.
- Educate and mentor new representatives.
