Nurse Manager - Ann Pearl Rehabilitation & Healthcare (Kaneohe)
Job Description Ann Pearl is looking for a genuinely caring Nurse Manager who strive to provide clinical and service excellence in a team environment. Under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing, our Nurse Managers oversees the operation of a nursing unit and the daily delivery of quality care to residents. Nurse Managers are responsible for implementing and tracking the effectiveness of nursing programs, implement plans or policies designed to enhance the quality of resident care services at the unit level and keeps Director of Nursing informed of both progress and potential problems, as well as coordinates unit admissions, discharges, transfers, and oversees Infection Control.

Successful Nurse Manager Applicants MUST: • Pass criminal background check and drug screen • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii • CPR and First Aide required • One year of professional nursing experience required • (Applicants who do not meet ALL of the above requirements will NOT be considered.)
Hours: Full-time, day shift from Monday – Friday, evening, night, and weekend shifts may be required at times
