Recruiting Staffing Coordinator minimum experience 2-3 years in customer services. Will be responsible to lead team and achieve branch weekly goals. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, operations & training. Recruiting Coordinator will have daily interaction with clients to understand our customers needs for better services & job sites visits to build a better relationship with our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Recruiting Coordinator will conduct interviews, skills testing and screening with recruited candidates to make sure that only the best applicants are dispatched for the positions. Will need to be able to process payroll hours & time sheets for weekly closing. Must be able to multi task and handle any situations that arises to find a solution. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for our Professional, events, & temp to perm departments.
Job Type: Full-time:
-This is a permanent position Monday - Friday 7am-6pm + Overtime
