Poppa Rollo’s Pizza on Valley Mills Drive is hiring to fill production roles in the back of house.
The primary job responsibilities of all personnel working in the back of house include preparing and handling food, maintaining a sanitary work space, communicating with coworkers and leaders pertinent details of orders and tasks, and fulfilling the requests of customers and leadership..
Applicants should be able to demonstrate the skills required to carry out essential job functions:
-Effective communication: clear, polite, and concise
-Problem solving: issues can occur and solutions must be found quickly.
-Product and process knowledge: improves efficiency and produces high quality product.
-Self awareness and interpersonal skills: essential job functions must be performed without discriminating against an any individual’s protected characteristics.
-Time management and efficiency: critical for handling food and cleaning within FDA guidelines.

- 16 years of age or older
- Valid Texas Food Handler’s certification or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment
