Job Description
Poppa Rollo's is looking for individuals who are able to wash and sanitize dishes and keep a clean and organized work area. Hours are flexible and we are willing work around school schedules. Come be a part of a wonderful Waco family tradition. No experience required. Free meal every shift.
Required:
- Must be able to demonstrate proper sanitization techniques and must demonstrate competence in handling food contact surfaces.
- Must be able to describe three compartment sink setup and dish sanitizer machine operation.
- Must have valid food handlers certification or be able to provide on within 30 days.
Responsibilities:
- Organize dish area upon arrival; Gather and sort dishes by type.
- Remove solids and liquids from dishes;
- Properly sanitize all surfaces sent to dish area for cleaning and sanitization.
- Maintain an organized work area;
- Prevent contamination of food contact surfaces by physical, chemical, or biological means.
Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 to $13.00 per HOUR
