Blending Operator

What you’ll do:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting production goals
• Examine and inspect materials, containers and products to ensure that specifications are met
• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Load materials and products into hopper of blending equipment
• Place or pour products into containers, using hand tools or fill containers from spouts or chutes
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
• Record product and order information on specified forms and records
• Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools
• Use forklift to move materials
• Clean up products, bags, boxes before next project
• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
• Basic math skills required
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying and climbing with up to 60 lbs. consistently. Other
requirements are bending, standing, walking and climbing frequently.
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to work necessary overtime
