Position Summary; This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Maintenance Department. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below. What you’ll do: • Maintain work and shop area, stock tools, parts and supplies. • Repair, install, adjust, troubleshoot or maintain machines or other facility equipment • Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment • Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, jacks, or hoists • Complete repairs and part replacements and reinstall after repairing • Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments according to product specifications • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate • Groundskeeping to include lawn maintenance, snow removal by equipment and/or shoveling, and outside maintenance of buildings and area surrounding buildings. • Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs • Other duties as assigned What we’re looking for: • PLC knowledge • Ability to read electrical schematics • Strong skills in systems repair, hydraulics, electrical, maintenance, welding • Strong math skills required • Physical requirements include lifting to 60 lbs., bending, standing and climbing • Ability to work with and problem-solve independently or with a team Benefits of Working at PS Seasoning:
