Full-Time Customer Service Rep for Small Animal Practice

Job Description

Full-time (32-40 hours/week) CSR position is available immediately. QVH is looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a reception/front desk setting with heavy phones. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a veterinary setting, but we will consider candidates with applicable experience in other industries.

This position requires professional, friendly and courteous communication with our clients, scheduling appointments and surgeries, invoicing office visits, multi-line phone and paging system use, detail-oriented inter-staff communication, daily transaction reconciliation, experience with computers and email communication, among other tasks.

This position will have varying shift hours during 7:30am – 5:00 pm and occasional Saturdays 7:30am – 1:00pm. In the future we will return to morning and evening shifts until 7:00 pm and the successful candidate must have the flexibility to switch to an intermittent evening schedule. Must have reliable transportation. Pay is commensurate with experience.
