Coordinator of Healthcare Services



Job Description
The Arc of Rensselaer County is looking for a Coordinator of Healthcare Services (Nursing Supervisor) to join our team! We are a non-profit agency supporting individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Rensselaer County.

This position will promote and implement policies, procedures, and practices that ensure the health and wellness of the persons supported by The Arc. They will ensure that these policies and procedures align to NYS DOH, SED, and OPWDD standards. This role provides professional guidance and support to the agency's nursing team to maximize their effectiveness and individual skill development. This position will act as a liaison to our agency clinical contract provider (IPSIDD). This job will assume a leadership role in integrating intentional clinical practices into the mainstream of the agency’s lifestyle enrichment approach for the individuals we support.

Requirements:
Master's degree in a healthcare services related field with at least 3 years of healthcare administration experience. Valid NYS driver's license and vehicle required for this position.
