Job Description
We are looking to hire a Team Lead for our Day program (Riverside Community Services) This position Support the daily operations and supervision needs of full and part-time staff. Provide direct supports to project participants. Assist in overseeing the allocation and scheduling of program resources and daily schedule. Assist Program Manager and Program Coordinator to develop opportunities for Project participants to make choices pursuant to desired community experiences and in daily activities. Facilitate and foster relationships with peers and community members, supporting the opportunity for mutual respect to occur and assist participants in developing valued social roles in the community.
This position will supervise 10-14 staff in the Riverside day program.
Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree and at least 1 year of related experience or a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Must have a valid New York State Driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable transportation.
