Respect Behavior Therapy provides comprehensive ABA services to clients in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. We’re excited to be growing our team and are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCaBA or Student Behavior Analyst to join us in our mission to make meaningful impacts in the lives of those we serve.
Position Summary:
The BCaBA or Student Behavior Analyst will support our clinical team by providing oversight and guidance to RBTs, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and working directly with clients and families to achieve meaningful goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, including preference assessments, skills assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of ABA programs.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other team members to ensure goals are aligned with client needs and priorities.
- Track client progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes, data collection, and progress reports.
- Adhere to BACB® guidelines and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or graduated from an ABA masters program or a certified BCaBA.
- Minimum of 1 year working in ABA therapy or related field.
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BCaBA certification.
- Experience with early childhood intervention, functional analytic psychotherapy, or social skills training.
- Knowledge of data collection systems such as ABADesk or similar platforms.
