The ideal candidate is a conscientious individual who is self motivated, an eager learner, and an efficient multitasker. Good communication and compassion are a must. Duties include: answering phones, client education, clerical duties, greeting clients, monitoring office inventory, collecting payments for services rendered, cleaning reception area, and other clerical duties as assigned.
