Job Description

Provide material features, benefits, and installation information to the contractor/homeowner, so that they can make an educated purchasing decision. Place orders with vendors, and generate all needed documentation. Follow up on orders with vendors and customers for accuracy and timeliness. Help coordinate pick up and deliveries of these orders to the customer with Operations Manager. Assist with incoming phone calls, customer foot traffic, store inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:
•Project a positive can-do attitude and presence.
•Answer customer questions, and research answers if unknown.
•Keep current on product knowledge through training, visual aid, and reading.
•Help maintain store inventory, product catalogs/brochures, and orderly work areas.
•Be a team player, help wherever needed proactively.

Skills and Education:
•Two years in retail customer service preferred.
•Construction materials knowledge required.
•High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
•Computer training required.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
•Organizational skills and attention to detail required.
