BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
S3 Recycling Solutions is an electronic recycling company with its operations based in Springfield, Tennessee. We support a diverse client base throughout the United States and Canada.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable making at least 25 calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email campaigns
Connect with C-level executives and/or decision makers to determine interest
Generate meetings with qualified prospects
Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Manage sales pipeline
Achieve established meeting quotas
Work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Understand customer needs and requirements
Inside sales, business development, marketing or technology sales a plus
Outbound calling experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and highly organized
Experience with CRM is desired but not required
Proven track record of professional or academic success
Positive professional references
Base Salary: $15 hourly
Company will also provide laptop
