Administrative Analyst - Community Development

Job Description

The Administrative Analyst responsibilities include program analysis, contract management, report preparation, public relations, public presentations, grant and proposal writing, and support to community development program staff—particularly the Sustainable Energy Solutions team. This position will handle grant administration and reporting, fiscal management, and contract development and grant/program management. The position will also be directly involved in coordinating projects that provide clean, affordable energy for local communities. The Administrative Analyst will at times represent SHE at public meetings/events. Experience with grant and contract management as well as reporting is highly desirable.

This position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is essential. For this position, the ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds is critical and must demonstrate a commitment to SHE values.

Must be able to work independently and as a team member, be organized and detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality of information. The ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential. Successful applicants will be self-starters and will demonstrate strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
