Self-Help Enterprises has an opening for an Administrative Analyst in Strategic Partnerships.
The Administrative Analyst will work directly with SHE partner cities and counties to prepare grant applications and environmental reports, identify housing needs, access federal, state and local resources, and implement housing rehabilitation, homebuyer assistance, and other related efforts. Position will handle grant administration and reporting, fiscal management, and contract development. The Administrative Analyst will at times represent SHE at public meetings/events. Working knowledge of federal and state affordable housing programs and/or relevant education is desirable.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member, be detail-oriented and maintain confidentiality of information. The ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential. Successful applicants will be self-starters and will demonstrate strong computer and research skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
