We have an opening for a Network Tech to assist in the technical and administrative aspects of company-wide computer operations and end-user support. The position will be based out of our Visalia office.
• Help desk – technical assistance to SHE staff
• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware
• Setup and service computers, software, and peripherals
The position requires proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 pro Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams), cabling, computer hardware repair, and software troubleshooting. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, DocuSign, and MS Dataverse is desirable.
Must be detail-oriented and organized, comfortable with technical and administrative tasks, have great customer service skills, and can communicate technical information to people lacking a technical background.
The position requires A+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent experience.
