Project Tech - Intake

Job Description

We are recruiting a Project Tech to work in the Housing Counseling & Education program. As a Project Tech, you will be the first contact to SHE for many people, and you should be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of community members, participants, partners, and staff. You will handle a high call volume, and attention to detail is critical for this position. You will work directly with a diverse group of program participants, creating and maintaining files, storing data, and scheduling. You must be very organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with the public.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct participant's intake and application processing.
  • Maintain files and data entry.
  • Have direct contact with the public or over the phone.
  • Perform general office/clerical duties (phones, mail, office equipment/systems.)
  • Support program staff with clerical duties.

Must Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking fluency required.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of participants and community members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and work tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
