Remote Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

Setien is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our customer service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and provide guidance to team members to meet performance goals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

This position is strictly for United States residents only.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
* Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
* Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations
* Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
* Generate reports and identify areas for process improvement

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a remote environment
* Must be based in New York

Pay: $32.00 to $38.00 per HOUR
