Remote Procurement Coordinator

Job Description

Setien is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Procurement Coordinator to support our supply chain and purchasing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
* Process and manage purchase orders and supplier documentation
* Track shipments and resolve order discrepancies
* Maintain accurate records of procurement activity
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet project and inventory needs

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Previous experience in procurement or supply chain preferred
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
