Job Description
Manager overseeing the dining room. Understand the importance of customer service and WILLING to learn resident satisfaction techniques. Prepare meals which are palatable and appetizing in appearance. Follow written menus and recipes, assume responsibility for meeting meal schedules, estimate food needs and requisition supplies, handle and help prepare meals, prepare weekly menus, prepare employees schedules, order all meals and other related duties as directed.
No late nights with every other weekend off.
