A faith-based, multiservice senior care organization with a sixty-year history of service, seeks qualified candidate for our Handy House Doc Division.
This remote/work from home (Must be located within 2 hours of the St. Louis area) position will require approximately 20 hours a week. Ensures the effective coordination and staffing of all client services. Serves as the initial contact for callers and the liaison between the Executive Director and clients, contractors, staff and others. Directs, guides and supports all marketing activities.
• Direct, guide and support all customer service activities to include:
o Respond to all daily inquiries via phone calls and internet messages, managing inquiry process and reports.
o Discuss needs and services with current and potential clients.
o Notify clients of assigned staff & vendors and timing.
o Post advertisements and informational items on website and social media outlets.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills required; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, QuickBooks, accounting, accounting, and scheduling software
• Other skills required:
o Comfortable with software usage.
o Ability to problem solve.
