A faith-based, multiservice senior care organization with a sixty-year history of service, seeks qualified candidate for our Handy House Doc Division.
To provide trusting and knowledgeable home service to seniors in our community. Serving as a liaison between the Executive Director and our clients, vendors, contractors, staff and others also maintains an efficient and effective external/internal operations ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, systems and processes.
• Provide trusting and knowledgeable home service to include:
o Treat every client with the highest respect.
o Arrive to the client’s home on time.
o Maintain proper communications by calling the client in advance of arrival; provide upfront company ID and discussing work order.
o Professionally and proficiently perform work order service.
o Perform a full hour of service: “Is there anything more I can do for you? I have the time.”
o Perform all work order, quote, job completion certificate, invoicing, and collection of payment, and downloading before and after pictures of service.
o Wear and maintain all company approved clothing.
o Supply clean and reliable transportation. Daily auto mileage will be calculated from job to job minus one round trip to our corporate office from
your residence per Google maps.
o Supply all hand tools needed to perform work orders.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and
• Have 5 years of carpentry, and/or home electrical/plumbing system and general repair experience.
• Familiar with HVAC systems.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Comfortable with software usage
