About Swine & Sons
Swine & Sons is a casual counter-service restaurant
serving scratch-made, Southern-inspired cuisine. Chef/owners Rhys and Alexia
Gawlak opened Swine & Sons in Winter Park in 2015. The award-winning
chef/owners are CIA-graduates who bring over 25 years each of casual and
upscale dining experience to the brand. Their food has been featured in Edible
Orlando, Orlando Magazine, the Orlando Sentinel, and the Orlando Weekly, and
the chefs have been featured on the Food Network as champions on Guy’s Grocery
Games.
Compensation & Benefits
Cashiers are offered a base hourly rate of $10 - $13.75, plus tips. Health,
vision, and dental insurance is available to all full-time team members after
90 days of employment.
What Does a Swine & Sons Cashier Do?
Cashiers are responsible for proactively greeting guests, answering
questions about our menu, taking orders and entering them into point of sale,
and processing cash and card transactions. We rely on our cashiers to provide
friendly, helpful and courteous service in order to maintain a consistently
great guest experience. Cashiers are expected to assist in keeping the dining
area clean and tidy and will be called upon to do some basic food preparation
tasks.
