CNC Machinist

Job Description

Position Summary:
CNC Machinist is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating computer numerical controlled (CNC) machines. This position will work closely with the Engineering and Quality Manager. Also, the CNC Machinist will be responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Education, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

* High School Diploma and vocational and/or on the job training.
* Minimum 3 years of machining experience
* Boring Mill experience very helpful
* G-Code programming and/or CAD/CAM software experience helpful
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Strong problem solving skills.
