Are you a welder, looking for a new opportunity with a growing company?

Temperform LLC is looking for a welder for their foundry.

As the welder you will perform arc or gas welding operations to repair and/or salvage castings by filling holes, building sections, welding cracks, etc.


  • Determine procedures and types of equipment depending on metal type, casting shape, and size.
  • Perform any necessary chipping or cleaning to prepare area for repair.
  • Preheat castings in gas oven.
  • Select the proper weld rod and perform the welding necessary for salvaging.
  • Anneal castings after welding principles and techniques, as necessary.
  • Weld defects in castings to ensure product meets quality requirements and customer specifications.
  • Operate a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welder.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for specialized jobs.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and workmanlike condition acceptable to safety standards.
  • Consult the Production Supervisor, Quality Inspector, and Cleaning Room Supervisor daily on weld severity and frequency on parts welded that day.
  • Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned.



Education:  High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience: Three (3) years welding process experience. Must have certification in welding.
