Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Handle RMA and post-sales calls

Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Work with technology such as desktop and laptop computer
Understand how to read and draft spreadsheets
Comfortable working with database programs
Ability to speak English and Spanish Fluently is a plus but not required
Willing to train the right person.
