Customer Service Representative - Full Time Opportunity
Job Description Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Handle RMA and post-sales calls Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Work with technology such as desktop and laptop computer Understand how to read and draft spreadsheets Comfortable working with database programs
Ability to speak English and Spanish Fluently is a plus but not required
Willing to train the right person.
