Purchasing Manager and Inventory Manager
As Purchasing Manager, you will oversee all purchasing and inventory management functions. Must be a self-motivated individual.
Your job will include the following functions:
Track and enter purchases into internal software system.
Work with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, returns, order discrepancies, and invoicing.
Keep sufficient stock levels and Coordinate ordering with owners
Develop, establish and enforce vendor guidelines including receiving production reports, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
Monitor and analyze trends in cost and inventory control to make recommendations for potential future savings.
Maintain all product information and supplier data on an on-going basis in internal software system, including approved vendor list with acceptable pricing information.
Monitor out of stock items in inventory and communicate with Channel Managers daily
