Child and Adolescent Case Manager - Cooke County



Job Description
Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education, Criminal Justice, or Counseling
• Must qualify for QMHP-CS
• Two (2) years’ Human Services experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license and a vehicle for use at work

Position Summary:
Provides rehabilitation skills training and case management services as outlined in the Texas Administration Code and current state guidelines for children and adolescents with emotional disturbance and/or mental illness. Services include advocacy, crisis services, individual and group skills training and other tasks as assigned by program managers in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage is $14.71/hr + incentive.
