Community Support Specialist

Job Description

Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in direct care position working with individuals with mental disabilities is desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work with current vehicle insurance

Position Summary:
This position provides support and assistance to individuals living in the community by means of scheduled activities (i.e. formal training, assistance with utilization of typical community resources) in order for individuals to achieve and/or maintain independence in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage $9.30 + incentive.
