Job Description EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. • PHR/SPHR or equivalent experience. • Three years of professional experience across all HR functions, including employment on- boarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and HRIS systems.

Travel as needed to attending training meetings, recruitment activities or other company business. • Maintains records and files for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Performs other related work as required or assigned.
Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for day to day coordination and processing of a variety of Human Resources (HR) functions including, but not limited to payroll coordination, healthcare benefits administration, dental, vision, life and retirement benefits administration, record keeping of leave time, recruitment, new employee on-boarding, reports generation, employee training and maintenance of the HRIS system. Position is also responsible for coordinating unemployment claims concerns, worker compensation, family medical leave and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations related to employment concerns. Wage range between $38,000 - $42,000
