Job Description
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Experience working with individuals with mental and developmental disabilities desirable

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing assistance and supervision to adults whom are intellectually and developmentally disabled. This position maintains a home-like environment for individuals living in a group setting and assumes responsibility for enhancing consumer’s personal well-being and promoting social, emotional, and intellectual growth. This position is responsible for implementing processes and procedures as developed by the RN and Residential Coordinator. This position is responsible for lifting, transferring, and assisting with bathing of individuals with assistance of another staff member in accordance with the philosophy, goals and, objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage is $10.02/hr.
