Job Description Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education or Counseling as outlined in TAC • Human Services Experience preferred • Ability to speak a second language, relevant to the population served, is preferred
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations: • Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work
Position Summary: This position is responsible for the provision of Service Coordination activities and assessments to assigned caseload. This includes, but not limited to, maintaining all required monthly contacts, linking resources of various providers to consumers, advocacy, and participating in the judicial system in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage is $14.71
