Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the coordination of emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance as well as periodic inspections of Center facilities, and equipment in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Starting wage is $11.98/hour.
Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma OR GED equivalent with at least two (2) years previous experience in any of the following areas: mechanics, carpentry, welding, plumbing, or electrical maintenance
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license
• Plumbing or Electrical License desirable, but not required
