Maintenance Specialist



Job Description
Education and/or Experience:
• High School Diploma OR GED equivalent with at least two (2) years previous experience in any of the following areas: mechanics, carpentry, welding, plumbing, or electrical maintenance
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/ or addiction issues desirable

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license
• Plumbing or Electrical License desirable, but not required

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the coordination of emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance as well as periodic inspections of Center facilities, and equipment in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Starting wage is 11.98/hr.
