Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
This position provides nursing support to Physician/NP in a clinic setting for primary care services and LPC/LCSW for behavioral health services as part of Integrated Health Care Project under 1115 Waiver as well as providing nursing and rehabilitation services to persons who receive medication including Medication Training and Support Rehabilitation within the Adult Mental Health Program in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Salary range-DOQ.
Education and/or Experience:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One year of full time related experience is required
Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:
• Current driver’s license and vehicle for use at work
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas required
