The Alley and AJ's is expanding it's management team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about pizza and beer! Someone who is customer service focused, likes working with a team, and shows leadership. This position will entail all parts of operation of AJ's Sports Grill. If you like an exciting environment, working with a team of dedicated staff, and delivering great customer service. We are looking for you. This is a management position and has related responsibilities. Various duties will include opening and closing the business, writing weekly work schedules. Analyzing reports to maximize efficiency within AJ's. Working with the AJ's Manager to develop and execute marketing plans. Hiring and training new staff. If this is something you are interested in, please apply. Starting pay will be based on experience, but we will train the right person. A positive personality and good work ethic are just as valuable as experience. Pay range will be from $13 to $16 per hour starting out with opportunity to grow with the company. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and 401k.
