What you’ll do
Handle customer interaction ensuring our Customers get an exceptional level of service.
Ensure members are achieving desired service levels, providing regular performance feedback.
Facilitates orders, create new accounts, maintaining accounts, providing product recommendations based on customers need, and providing payment options.
Enter appropriate and correct data into our systems and applications.
Work as part of a team to make sure we answer queries quickly and that we deliver an excellent service.
Resolve customer service complaints by identifying the root cause and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve the situation and avoid it in the future.
Ensure all communication with customers is professional and meet our standards.
Investigate customers' problems and solutions.
