What you’ll do

  • Handle customer interaction ensuring our Customers get an exceptional level of service.

  • Ensure members are achieving desired service levels, providing regular performance feedback.

  • Facilitates orders, create new accounts, maintaining accounts, providing product recommendations based on customers need, and providing payment options.

  • Enter appropriate and correct data into our systems and applications.

  • Work as part of a team to make sure we answer queries quickly and that we deliver an excellent service.

  • Resolve customer service complaints by identifying the root cause and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve the situation and avoid it in the future.

  • Ensure all communication with customers is professional and meet our standards.

  • Investigate customers' problems and solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

  • Jersey City, NJ 07311: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
