Administrative & Sales Assistant

Job Description

Looking for a motivated, administrative professional to join our growing, dynamic company! Flexible daily/weekly hours to accommodate personal life.

Position will assist multiple areas of the company directly supporting the manufacturing team and president.

Core responsibilities will be centered around:
-Day to day receptionist/administrative support
-AP/AR data entry
-ERP data entry/maintenance
-Processing company sales orders at multiple stages, depending on day to day need
Vendor quotes
Purchasing
Sales order & quote data entry
Customer communication
-Other general administrative/office management tasks as assigned and as the position develops

Must possess high attention to detail/accuracy, independent follow through, a desire to meet customers needs, and willingness to go above and beyond to help the people on the floor, and company succeed.

Requirements:
-Prior experience in an administrative assistant, sales assistant, or background in office management in moderate to fast paced environment
-Experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
-Strong computer and Microsoft windows aptitude
-ERP/MRP experience strongly preferred (E2 Shoptech experience is a bonus)
-Reliable, dedicated, trustworthy

Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 to $20.00 per HOUR
