Production / Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking to add a dedicated Manufacturing and Supply Chain professional to join our growing company! Will be working closely with the President and Manufacturing leads to support business operations.

We are a small company who needs a dedicated key player in this role, who is willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to meet the customers needs on a daily basis.

Position will be wholly responsible for:
-Materials & consumable purchasing
-Production planning/scheduling: internal machine shop production, external manufacturing, vendor subcontracting
-Shipping coordination/logistics
-Inventory development/maintenance
-Supporting proactive customer communication & vendor relationship development

Must possess independent work ethic and strong follow through, strong detail orientation, ability to react/adapt to shifting priorities to meet the customers needs, strong reasoning and best business practices knowledge.

Requirements:
-Prior experience in a production planning, logistics, or purchasing role within a job shop environment highly preferred,
-Supply Chain/Business education a bonus
-Strong computer and Microsoft windows aptitude
-High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (E2 Shoptech experience a bonus but not required)
-Reliable, dedicated, trustworthy

Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per HOUR
