Position: Senior Office Assistant/Receptionist
Salary Range: $3,571/month to $4,784/month; Starting Salary DOQ, DOE
Location Public Works Department
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week); FSLA non-exempt; Benefits Apply Open Until Filled

Brief Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support and assistance to Public Works office and staff functions and other related work as requested. Act as front desk, counter clerk or receptionist, answering routine inquiries of the public and giving out forms and documents and referring callers to proper sources.

Working Environment/Physical Abilities:
Work is performed in an office setting. Lifting up to 10 pounds may be required. There will be sitting and standing for extended time during work hours.

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: Minimum high school or GED graduate. Any combination of experience, education and training which would demonstrate the level of knowledge and ability required. Licenses and other Requirements: Must possess valid driver’s license. Basic spelling and arithmetic skills required.
