Description – Wayne Community Schools is seeking a qualified candidate for the
position of Human Resource Director. The primary responsibility of the Human
Resource Director is to support and oversee human resources for district staff.
Qualifications – A Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a concentration in Human
Resources is preferred. Excellent professional communication skills and the ability to
work cooperatively in a team environment is essential.
Other Information – The position is a full-time12-month position. Compensation will be
commensurate with experience. A full benefit package is available with this position.
