Job Description CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES Growing company in Compton has immediate openings for a Customer Service Clerk / Inside Sales, for a 3RD party logistics company (3PL). Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, communicate with customers regarding their requests / orders, and be able to provide them with a time frame of when their order will be going out. Applicants should be computer literate and have knowledge and used MS Word, Excel and Outlook and be trained in the company’s system. Answer phones and transfer to correct party, be detailed oriented and maintain notes in the system regarding client requests and/or conversations. Schedule shipments and route for FTL and LTL loads Create and print UCC 128 and SCC, BOL’s labels for shipping Schedule meetings with customer or face to face meetings. Applicant should be detail oriented, organized, and maintain work area clean, and be a quick learner.
