Growing company in Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a Receptionist position in the city of Los
Los Angeles CA.,

Must have knowledge of Excel (intermediate to advanced).
Possess great communication skills (verbally and through business email).
Able to manage a multi-line telephone system and have adequate telephone skills.
Greet and sign in applicants, clients, or visitors.
Maintains files in order and up to date.
Data entry knowledge and able to type at least 40 WPM.
Available to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Bilingual -English / Spanish.
Run errands to post office, bank, drop off packages at UPS or Fed-ex.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.

Pay is $13 to $14
