Job Description
RECEPTIONIST – FRONT OFFICE
Growing Company in East Los Angeles has an immediate opening for a front office Receptionist with the following qualifications:
Good communication skills – English & Spanish
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Data Entry
Good organizational skills
Multitasking and completing daily assignments
Filing in Alpha order
Email reports to different departments
Following procedures when handling incoming applicants
Handling calls from employees and clients, documenting messages and emailing them to the appropriate departments.
Presentable front office appearance
Pay is $13.00 per hour – and work Monday to Friday
