Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Part-time customer service representative position is available immediately for a private veterinary practice in Annapolis. Western Shore Veterinary Hospital is looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience in a reception/front desk setting. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in a veterinary setting, but we will consider candidates with applicable experience in other industries.

This position requires professional, friendly and courteous communication with our clients, scheduling appointments and surgeries, invoicing office visits, multi-line phone and paging system use, detail-oriented inter-staff communication, daily transaction reconciliation, experience with computers and email communication, among other tasks. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week with the potential for more. Must have reliable transportation. Pay is commensurate with experience.
