Job Description
We
are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our banquet setup
team. As a Banquet Setup Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
successful events by preparing and arranging banquet spaces. Your
responsibilities will include setting up tables, chairs, linens, and other
necessary items, as well as assisting with serving, cleaning, and other duties
as they are assigned.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Safely move, carry, and set up banquet tables, chairs,
buffet supplies, and food service trays.
- Place and remove tablecloths, silverware, glassware,
paper, pens, and other buffet supplies.
- Maintain and replenish items during events.
- Stand and bend repetitively during shifts.
- Assist with serving, cleaning, and stocking duties.
- Collaborate with the Banquet Captain and other team
members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to sanitation practices and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in banquet setup or related roles
is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
