Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center is hiring a Remote Patient Support Representative to provide compassionate, prompt, and solution-focused assistance to our clients. This role supports ongoing communication with patients, families, and internal teams, helping clients navigate care access, scheduling, and service inquiries.
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from current and prospective patients
Assist with telehealth access, appointment reminders, and basic troubleshooting
Document all interactions in the patient support system
Follow up on patient inquiries or referrals and escalate when necessary
Provide information on program offerings, insurance coverage, or scheduling
Maintain a supportive and professional tone with every interaction
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or patient-facing support preferred
Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy, especially with video platforms and online scheduling tools
Experience in healthcare, addiction services, or behavioral health is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
